If I could give negative stars I would. Rudest kfc ever. I used to work at one so I know how customers can be. Cursed at me and didn't even take my order left me sitting at the window for 5 minutes with no attention. Had me waste my long awaited lunch. Could curse and everything over the speaker but no testicles to say anything to my face. Thank you for empty stomach heavy set brotha. He knows who he is and who I am. I was at work since 8 with no food. I ordered the big meal for 1. Tried to get 20$with if good for myself. Couldn't get anything so back to work on empty stomach. Thank you kfc for nothing but wasted time
This is out of control this is the 40 dollars worth of food. The so called night manager is rude which I know she isn't the manager but hey I guess we all can play a roll that's not ours ? I think talking to the owner of the building just isn't cutting it with this terrible Customer Service. The food was cold I called about it to get a what's up when I called to inform them they didn't put food in the bowls I ordered with a what you mean they don't have food with her then hanging up on me. I think I need to contact someone to get this under control
I can't understand why I only visit KFC once every 3 or 4 years, because I always leave feeling happy, and this visit was no exception. The staff were incredibly friendly, appeared clean and professional, and ensured I had everything I needed. I ordered a kids meal along with a 3-piece box for just a little over $15. My daughter adored her kids meal, and my 3-piece was absolutely delicious. I really hope it won't be another 3 years before I return!
They got literally everything on the order wrong. I ordered a 12 pc tender meal with fries and mac and cheese, yet somehow managed to get 12 pc chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. How the **** can you get that confused. And sure, it could've been someone else's order, but they had me park in front of the building, come ask me what my order was 3 times and even took my receipt inside with them. I just don't get it.

My experience today was a complete disappointment. I came in for the chicken fried steak deal, but I received a small portion of chicken fried steak and some potatoes in a container. The gravy was cold. I had ordered French fries and macaroni and cheese as my sides, but I was really hoping to get the cole slaw and biscuit that were supposed to be included. Overall, I left feeling very let down.
I wanted to eat here while my child is recovering from heart surgery as it is directly from the child's hospital and I see why it is almost always empty. I was charged over $16 for not even getting my full order! I also asked for BBQ sauce and got nothing but hot sauce.
This KFC has a habit of making people go around to the front and wait because they said they're on a window timer. If you're on a timer then obviously the food should be done by the time that time is done but obviously something's wrong with this service here
Staff on 7:26/22, 3pmWonderful and hardworking! They were working together to get everything out quick and I heard Chaquan the manager just making it all flow so smooth! I hope their hard works doesn’t go unrecognized! Such great team at this location!

KFC has been going downhill with the food quality, and WAY uphill with the price. I hadn't gone in about a year or two and was craving it, only to be upset by the lack of value.
Bathroom in disrepair and not clean. Sink broken. Offered items, then said they didn't have them. It was good food otherwise.
