You know what you're getting when you come to Starbucks. They have master the McDonaldization of food! Sometimes the staff are great and attentive and sometimes they are rude. Just remember when you're going by, they are doing the best they can and you often catch more good vibes with good vibes. Enjoy the $7 coffee.
The staff member working at the window today at 6 o'clock was extremely rude. It's time for me to start looking for a different coffee place. The customer service was very disappointing. I've been coming here for a long time, but I've never experienced such poor service until today.
I love this place! every time I go through the drive thru, I go with a smile on my face. the staff are always cheerful and friendly! the drive thru is also very fast. this is my place when I have to get our cars to the dealers. it is a good start to the day!

I had an absolutely amazing experience! My drinks were tailored to perfection! Leilani was truly exceptional! I couldn't have asked for a better barista; her customer service skills were incredibly impressive!
Asked for light ice and they still filled it up to the top after asking what is light ice then he said a little less. Not happy! He didn't even offer to fix it just tried to make me feel dumb !
Each visit to this restaurant makes it harder for me to appreciate it. The food quality is lacking, and the coffee is simply mediocre. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
