I don't know if this restaurant has incorrect hours listed on Google or if the staff closed early, but my experience was frustrating. I arrived to pick up a delivery, only to be told at the entrance that they were closed. I went to the window and could see my order inside. When I pointed this out to one of the employees, she didn't even check the order. Instead, she just turned around, shouted something to a coworker, and then they turned off the lights without offering any further explanation. This happened on September 19 at 9:50 PM, even though the posted hours said they were open until 11 PM.
I recently visited this KFC location, and I had a negative experience due to the attitude of an employee named Bria. When I asked for my receipt after she handed me my credit card and food, her response was quite hostile. I believe that receipts are printed after payments, so I was simply trying to follow the procedure. Unfortunately, her demeanor was unprofessional and not representative of the KFC brand. If she cannot handle customer requests in a courteous manner, she should not be working at the drive-thru. Customers shouldn't have to put up with such a poor attitude.
I decided to get a pot pie from KFC in District Heights for dinner today and opted for the drive-thru. Considering the recent rise in food prices, I anticipated it would be pricier than it actually was. It used to be $5 before the pandemic, and now it’s $6.19. Thank you, KFC, for maintaining the pot pies at a reasonable price and for providing a tasty meal filled with plenty of veggies and chicken, all wrapped in a crispy crust.
The parking lot is tidy, and the drive-thru service is efficient (currently the only option available). The staff is friendly and attentive, double-checking my order to make sure everything was accurate. I received freshly cooked, hot, and delicious chicken. My experience at KFC was pleasant, and I can't wait to return for more of their generous portions of hot chicken!

In my opinion, KFC never disappoints. Dear Cookies, you should definitely offer this option with our meals in Jamaica. That said, I could have skipped the cookie this time. Despite a long line, the wait was reasonable, and the service was both polite and efficient.
Last week, my husband and I visited KFC for dinner and ordered the 8 or 10-piece dinner meal. The food was delicious! At this particular location, we weren't able to dine in; we had to go through the drive-thru and pick up our food.
This is the best KFC I've ever had! At 62 years old and a lifelong east coaster, I can confidently say that everything at this franchise is delicious. There's nothing hidden or broken about the food—it's simply great!
The staff went out of their way to ensure that my 81-year-old grandmother received her favorite chicken wings, as they are her absolute favorite part of the chicken. She also loves their mac and cheese.
