During my visit to the restaurant on Saturday for takeout, my order was slightly mixed up, and I ended up with spicy chicken tenders instead of the regular ones. Fortunately, everything else was alright. However, I would like to suggest to KFC that for their box deals, it might be better to place the coleslaw outside the box to keep it cooler. Additionally, they could consider finding a way to prevent the french fries from absorbing too much moisture, as this makes them limp and mushy. While the fries and coleslaw situation might work well for dining in, thinking outside the box could really enhance the takeout experience.

I had a great first experience trying KFC. A cashier named Jorge E was really helpful in helping me choose the best items to order. The customer service was excellent!
The new Jenseits Nuggets were incredibly tasty, and the staff member who took my order was very charming.

Only went to pick-up an UberEats delivery but it was already closed, had to cancel the order.
I'm not the craziest fan when it comes to KFC, but man their Chicken Pot Pie is delicious
