I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My children had specifically asked to go to KFC for lunch because they had never tried it before. We ordered a takeaway 10-piece chicken combo with a side. When we opened the bag at the park to eat, we discovered that one of the sides was missing and the box of French fries was only halfway filled with a large empty space inside. Some of the chicken pieces were undercooked and not crispy. When I complained to KFC, they said the chicken shouldn't be crispy and offered to add the missing side to my next order as a favor. My wife and I decided to pick up a quick picnic dinner to eat by the river. The cashier was friendly, but when my wife asked the cook what was burning, she suggested that the burnt food be thrown away instead of being used for our sandwiches. The sides for both of our meals were cold; the sandwiches (classic sandwich, delicate, popcorn) were soggy and not very warm. The non-alcoholic drinks lacked flavor. The coleslaw was the only thing that met our expectations. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
As an American, I found that the lack of biscuits and other things on our menu a little off putting. Things that I see people eat at other restaurants that just don't appear on the menu here. Also, the "gravy" was more like beef stock soup. No thickness to it at all. Aside from that, the taste was spot on by comparison to your standard KFC in the states. I have been since and will go again.

The service at this restaurant is slow and impersonal. Despite a positive note on the counter, when we inquired about it, we were informed that they are not able to accommodate this request. Overall, the restaurant could use a major renovation.
Service is slow and no smiles forthcoming. There was a coupon on the counter and when we picked it up, we were told "oh you can't have this" Needs a big renovation!
My family and I made a stop here late in the evening for a snack as we were on a road trip from Toronto to Montreal.
