I ordered the 12-piece bucket meal, but when it arrived, I noticed I didn't receive the large fries I had ordered. I went back to the counter to address this. I admit it was my fault for not checking the order more thoroughly. However, upon getting home, I discovered that instead of 12 pieces of chicken, there were only 9. Additionally, there were no biscuits or sauces included, and the gravy had spilled because the lid wasn't closed properly. So thank you, KFC, for not meeting expectations. Please note that this all happened within just 30 minutes.
What do you want me to say? it is kfc. ordered an 8 piece meal with 3 pages. the chicken was extremely dried and old (probably long sat). the kartoffels and the engraving were whatever (powder maische and powered gravy mixed with water); it's what it is. the pommes were extremely stoney and clearly sitting around. $35 for that? Must be a sweat. absolute sweat of a franchise. how and why does kfc still exist? bring Chik-Fil-A to boston and end the suffering of men.
This KFC is perhaps the best around. The manager Elise (typo? makes sure the place is clean, the food is good and oil is clean so the chicken looks fresh and not dark and greasy.

I had a fantastic experience! It's been years since I've had KFC, and I loved it. The service was excellent as well.
