Terrible experience at this KFC location. I placed an order via the TFC app and waited over 15 minutes without receiving my food. When I politely asked a female staff member about it, she ignored me and pointed me away without saying a word. When I asked again, she showed visible frustration and gave me an extremely disrespectful look. Later, a male employee handed me a bottle that appeared to contain spit. I was shocked and humiliated — this felt intentional and incredibly inappropriate, especially in a food environment. It's been awhile since I've gone to a KFC. I decided to go on Tuesday, they have an 8 pieces for $10 special. I chose extra crispy. The chicken was well cooked and they gave.me nice sized pieces. In addition, I had fries with it. I would've preferred wedges, but they don't make them anymore. My only complaint is the area surrounding the KFC. There are alot of panhandle around and sometimes they can be very persistent in asking for spare change as they hold the door open. I feel there needs to be more of a police presence to curtail the activity going on. Otherwise, KFC taste good, the service was excellent. They move efficiently and get your order to you quickly. I would definitely go there...
I ordered two meals, but when they arrived, several items were missing, including the drinks. The only drink I did receive with one of the meals was a dirty-looking brownish-yellow sparkling water. I tried calling the store three times, but no one picked up. I then reached out to customer service, but they said they couldn’t assist me! I've rarely eaten at KFC, but after this experience, I definitely won't be going back. I'm both disappointed and disgusted.
I had been looking forward to the Mac & Cheese Bowl for some time, but when my order arrived, they gave me the Mashed Potato Bowl instead. It might not sound like a huge issue, but the mashed potatoes didn’t taste the same as before. They were extremely watery, almost like instant mashed potatoes. I left feeling disappointed and still hungry!

The chicken at KFC is disappointingly small and overly greasy. The thigh was barely the size of my palm, and the leg was no bigger than a finger. The portions have shrunk so much that KFC’s menu no longer feels worth it.
The food at this restaurant has consistently been excellent. Since it reopened, the service has noticeably improved and become much quicker. The staff is always very friendly to me.

I didn't have to wait long, and I had a lovely conversation with two ladies. The service was prompt and friendly.
