Decided to drop in here for an easy lunch as we were out and about. The restaurant has no indoor seating and outside seating is unclean, tables not attended too - bird **** on them from the magpies. Inside restaurant the icemaker for slushes so loud that it hurt your ears, couldn't hear the staff member talking to me and what was worse she was a trainee. I asked for a burger and a 2 piece meal with both pieces breast meat because I don't eat anything else. The supervisor told the trainee how to put into the computer. The girl repeated the order back but again I told them I couldn't hear a thing because of the nose of machine. We waited just a short time the order arrived. we went to sit down...
This has happened last tuesday night when I order drive thru counter. 18/04/2017. Ordered 9 pcs for $9.95. But only found 7pcs. Did not bother calling. This has happened several time in this SunnyBank Drive thru. Never go there. Chicken pcs were over cooked and vey small. Only small drum sticks, and wings found. No thighs and Big drum sticks found in my pack. Ordered hot & Spicy. Never go there again. Please check/count the pack before u leave the counter of KFC Sunnybank, QLD.
Chicken was ok but the queues inside and in the drive through are very long. This was Tuesday at lunchtime. When some people that worked nearby collected their order they asked if the order is right so perhaps sometimes they get the order wrong. I think KFC in Sunnybank need to put on more people because the ones there are overworked.
Ordered family Feast which should include 1.25L Pepsi and was given 600ml. The package should have potato and gravy but none offered and when asked we were given another 600ml Pepsi to substitute Gravy. No tissue, no straw offered. KFC, doesn't need anything other than those three letters to let you know exactly what you're gunna get. Whilst my order was correct, I waited in the queue (after my order was taken) for about twenty minutes for my food. Disgraceful!!There were clearly not enough staff on duty and "fast-food" it was NOT!!KFC, buck your ideas up!!
I arrived home and discovered that someone forgot the pop corn chicken in my meal.Naturally I was distraught. On the positive side my chicken tendies were great; the best I’ve ever had.I will try here again, please don’t let me down next time KFC.
i would never go back and would ever like kfc anymore.bad service the food taste funny and it was just so sooooooo lousy service i had... so sad i wont comeback anymore.

Handy drive thru, chicken's always pretty good, can take a while to wait in the drive thru line, but they haven't screwed up my order yet...
