visited store for take out. When given the order i tried to take a minute to check that the order was correct. Before I could check my food the manager came to the window and demanded that pull away from the window. When i tried to explain what I was doing she continued to demand that I pull away form the window. Her demanding took more time than for me to check my order. In demanding I pull up and not letting me check my order I did not get the drink I order with the meal. I would not go back and get because I did not care to listen to the manager's fussing.That said the food is good and I will continue to trade with them. Food was ok, but got fussed at by manager at take out window while trying to check my order. Kept demanding that I pull up would not listen while I was trying to check order. Her fussing caused more of delay allowing to just check my order. She fussed so much they did not give me my drink that I ordered with the food and when I did as she demanded and pulled and check my order I was so flusstered not getting my drink did not register until after i had driven away. I would not go back just to get fussed at and proably blamed for not recieving my drink.Food is decent just be prepared for poor manner os staff and in particular the manager
My niece just ordered me a 4 piece Chicken wing, coleslaw, mash potatoes combo and I had a Sprite with no ice at the drive thru window. We don't live right under KFC on Berkeley in Goldsboro, NC and the weather isn't that good this Sunday, because if it was I would have driven back to get my money back. The wings aren't fresh, old and looks like it was fried in old grease. Please don't treat your customers this way, food is too costly and if you wouldn't eat it yourself don't serve it to others. The best new hand-crafted chicken sandwich in town! The bread is incredibly flavorful, and the chicken is wonderfully juicy. The food is absolutely fantastic! However, when we placed our order, they were out of the KFC sauce and didn't offer any alternatives. Three other customers in the drive-thru mentioned the absence of sauce as well and just wished us a nice day. It would have been great if they had provided another sauce option.

Went to this location today. Ordered the one breast fill up meal. It's still on the online menu. When I ordered I asked for the 5.00 meal. The lady taking my order did not tell me it was more than five dollars until I got up to the drive thru window. What should have been about a little over eleven dollars cost 19.60. I want be going back.
The employee was not wearing gloves and was touching his face and clothes before handling the food. While hygiene and customer service were acceptable, the overall atmosphere could use improvement. The space should be cleaner, and the staff should treat the environment as if they were being served themselves.
The staff were excellent, but I felt that the prices at KFC are too high for feeding my small family. An eight-piece meal with two sides costing $27.79 seems excessive. I won't be going back for that again. This is a result of poor management in the country.
The service was lacking in professionalism, and they were reluctant to return my change, which left me quite frustrated. The food was overcooked, and it felt like there was no one in charge to handle any issues that arose.

KFC, it's time to elevate your standards. You really need to change your cooking oil. The chicken I received was so dark it appeared burnt, making it quite unappealing.
