Unbelievable. Sat in drive thru 10 minutes before a female voice said KFC. Daughter put in her order, the female voice said hang on. After sitting another 10 minutes we pulled around to the pick up window. Not a soul was in sight. Wife called thestore, shockingly someone answered. They came to the window and said their beeper didn 't go off... after taking our order 15minutes earlier. So she asked our order, confirmed it had been put in, and said they ain 't but two of us here and sheproceeded to disappear. Another 10 minutes goes by and finally someone starts throwing our food together. No thank you. Nosorry. No name tags. It took 37 minutes to place and receive our order. There was a line...
Wouldn 't suggest this location. They got most of our order wrong, what we did get tasted old and greasey. And they even left 2 things out. Like how do you forget the gravy when someone orders tatters and gravy??? Told them multiple times No tomatoes. Theperson getting this is allergic. and guess what was in the meal??? TOMATOES!!!!! They even accused us of lying about themissing food. Like really people, I am not trying to steal your freaking gravy. I just wand what I paid for!!! NEVER GOING BACK.From now on when I get take out food I am going to check it right in front of them. But it won 't be from the location that has aTaco Bell in it. Unprofessional blankety blank employees.
My boyfriend and I ordered KFC through UberEats, and about ten minutes after our driver arrived at the restaurant, he called us to let us know that they had no chicken available. KFC didn’t inform us of this, and their app didn’t indicate that chicken was out of stock. They didn’t even close the restaurant despite having no chicken at all. Instead, they attempted to send our driver back with just sides of mashed potatoes. I recommend calling the restaurant before placing an order here to confirm that they have chicken available.
Don't go to the KFC on Southwest Dr in Jonesboro. If you carefully check your order before you come home. I ordered white meat chicken only 2 pieces for $9.00. Go home and there's a cookie in a box! A crazy cookie can be believed for $9! If I could go under 1. I sit in the snake for 30 minutes and paid $9 for a hard biscuit lmao. This place is really no longer worth the time or the money. None of them. And since they came together with Taco Bell, they ruined this place.

I wish I could rate this place with zero stars! I placed an order for pickup through DoorDash, and when I got there, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes at the window. The woman at the counter handed me a bag with the wrong order, and when she returned, she carelessly dropped it on the counter. I then had to wait another 5 minutes for my correct order. As soon as I drove away, she handed that incorrect bag to the next customer.
Poor customer service!!! Came through the drive thru my husband and I on the SW Drive location and placed a order. The young lady thought that her mic was off or just didn?t care and said... ?ughhhh who eats their thighs dipped in BBQ sauce that?s nasty? which was very unprofessional! The receipt said Stice-on the name but very rude at the pick up window... ! Terrible experience!
I have been dining at this restaurant for years and consistently order the same dish: two quesarritos without sour cream. Unfortunately, they have never gotten my order correct. Despite my numerous reminders, it seems that they do not pay attention to the special requests. I cannot recommend this place for dining.
I ordered wings by the number listed on the menu board and specifically asked for them to be extra crispy. Unfortunately, I received domestic drumsticks and thighs instead, which I ended up tossing out. I then decided to go to Popeyes instead.

They didn’t include all of my food in the order, but I stayed patient and understanding.
