Take heed of the other reviews. While I can't say I'm disappointed or surprised, as the reviews prepared me for this, I had hoped there might be some improvement. I ordered via Ubereats and when I opened my sandwich, I found sauce smeared on the outside of the bun and the chicken was the coldest I've ever tasted. I ordered a few other items for variety and regretted that decision. The chicken and fries tasted quite stale, and the chicken wings were discarded before I could even snap a photo. The only redeemable aspect was the Baja Blast that accompanied my chicken combo, which was genuinely enjoyable and worth the price. The service was definitely lacking. I can't comment on the food since I wasn't able to place an order. When I walked in, I saw an employee behind the counter talking on her smartphone while helping two customers with their refunds. Once she finished, she walked away without saying a word. After waiting for about 90 seconds, I decided to leave and go somewhere else. I would recommend trying the drive-thru; it might have a better experience.
I placed an order through Uber Eats, and it was prepared quickly with excellent packaging. The food arrived hot, and they even included cookies and all the utensils I needed for my family. I called to express my gratitude, but the person at the reception didn't seem to show much interest. I understand it was late, so I won't hold it against them. Overall, I appreciated the service and will definitely order again soon!

I had a great experience at this KFC! The drive-thru moves quickly, and the service is both fast and friendly. Disappointing after over 2 years you still have to use drive thru to get your order every other fast food joint allows you to order in store and pick up. Well this kfc needs to get with the times so customers do t have to wait in a 30 car line at drivethrough only to get cold wrong food. Hello Popeyes their chicken is better anyway
I ordered a bucket from KFC last night, July 31, 2022, around 8 PM. When I got home, I was disappointed to find the chicken dark, dry, and hard—they seemed re-fried! My family barely touched it. Such a letdown! I was expecting KFC, not something from Marie Callender's.
