When someone in the drive through orders an ice cream cone, please hand them the other food first and then make the cone. If you make the cone first and hand it to the person, they are left with only one had to reach and grab the remainder of the drinks and bags. Plus the ice cream starts to melt while they are waiting. Give them everything first and then anything involving ice cream.
I had found a bone in my chicken nuggets, I asked for a replacement of nuggets for my ten piece but instead they gave me a 4 piece. I never had a bone in my nuggets but I almost choked on it and i bit it wrongly (cause it’s a bone) just wish my request was fully fulfilled instead of half acknowledged, I do at least appreciate getting some nuggets back.
