Do NOT go to this KFC. When we arrived, there was no line, but we waited 5-10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The employee working the drive-thru was also handling the counter and rushed through my order. Then I waited another 10-15 minutes. When we got home, we realized they didn’t give us the extra crispy chicken. The chicken was soggy, the large mac and cheese was less than half full, the corn looked like it was dumped straight from the can, and the biscuits were raw inside. The food was genuinely unpleasant. I agree with others that the inside isn’t clean, and most of the few staff (around 4-5) seemed confused about their roles. A year ago, this place was much better. I don’t know...
First of all, when I arrived, there was no one at the counter, and I ended up waiting at least 10 minutes before the woman behind the counter acknowledged me because she was preoccupied with her phone. While I waited, I couldn't help but notice how filthy the restaurant was—it was truly disgusting. After I finally placed my order, I watched as she began to prepare it. To my shock, she picked up the chicken from the bucket with her bare hands and then replaced it with another piece. At that moment, I was so put off that I decided to leave. Throughout the whole time, she never stopped talking on the phone. Do I really need to warn you against going there? This place is just disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. A few months ago, both the service and food let me down, and I promised myself I wouldn’t return. Today, I decided to give it another try, but it was just as bad. They didn’t have any Diet Pepsi available. When my bill came to $8.52, the server gave me $1.45 in change, even though I was owed 3 cents more. When I mentioned it, he said they didn’t have any pennies. It wasn’t just about the 3 cents; he didn’t even acknowledge the mistake until I pointed it out. Additionally, the person who took my order was very hard to understand, which made communicating frustrating. I can say for sure this will be my last visit to this location.
At KFC, right after handing me my food, an employee told me to move along because she was focused on speed, even though no one was waiting behind me. She didn’t even give me my receipt. When I parked and walked back into the nearly empty store, I expressed my disappointment with her rude attitude. To my shock, she cursed at me as I was leaving. I’m pretty sure she was the manager. The overall experience was far from what I expected, especially considering the variety on the KFC menu.
