Let me illustrate: I walked into Vivi's and saw someone at the terminal, so I decided to place my order directly at the register. That's when the trouble started. First, they struggled to find the drink I wanted—a simple cold green tea with half sugar and no ice. After what felt like an eternity, they finally located it, but then they entered my order incorrectly—mixing up the sugar and ice levels.
When I received the wrong drink and pointed out the mistake, they told me they couldn't fix it because it had been sealed. Sealed?! As if the plastic top was some kind of impenetrable fortress! It felt like I needed a team of specialists just to get my drink sorted out.

Ordered an order of popcorn chicken, basil favor. It took them about 5-7 min, which was the fastest I have gotten the popcorn chicken order. But the fried batter was too thick and the chicken wasn't juicy at all. The temperature was warm-hot instead of hot-hot like I usually got from the store in Quincy. And I felt so indigested and nauseous afterwards.

The other tea outlets’ cups are regular width so sits well in car cup holders. You’d need those special car cup holders to keep these cups stable.

I really enjoy Vivi as a chain, and this location is definitely up to standard. I'm particularly fond of their basil popcorn chicken—it's always fresh and served in generous portions. However, the tea here seems a bit less fresh compared to other locations. Despite that, I’ll definitely continue to visit!
Bubble tea was really good. I ordered a safe option as I 'm not very familiar with the options. The server was very nice and helpful in helping me pick. She made sure I liked it too. Recommend this place for trying their bubble tea. I didn 't really try food options so I can 't comment on that.
Vivi Bubble Tea Brighton had the worst experience with their boba tea. I ordered a large, but what I got was a medium, and there were no straws or utensils included. I tried calling for assistance, but no one picked up. I can't recommend this place.
The bubble tea here is fantastic! The combination of tea, milk, and tapioca pearls results in a delicious and fulfilling drink. With a wide range of flavors and toppings to choose from, it’s an even more enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it!
