Previous visit was great however my second visit was disappointing. First of, I was very happy with the young fellow who served me. After placing my order he suggested changing to the family box which was cheaper. Nine pieces of chicken when I last...looked, a chicken had Breast’s, thighs, drumsticks and wings. That makes pieces so I don’t really care what the piece is. However when I got home I had wings, drumsticks and breasts. Felt totally ripped off so even though the food is pretty good, I will be taking my service elsewhere in future
We come down from the country and this time I desperately wanted KFC. After dramas at Maccas at carousel I just wasn't sure I wanted to do it. Day I chose the water corp had part of Nicholson road open so by the time I...got there I had spent an hour doing what should have taken me minutes. I so hoped I would not be disappointed and I wasn't. Chicken was lovely and hot. Chips a bit warm but I could live with that. Considering it was mid afternoon and not peak time it was surprising the number of people in the store.
I spent minutes standing at the counter waiting to be acknowledged, it was like I was invisible, yes they were moderately busy but acknowledging a customers presence with “we will be with you in a minute Sir “would have at ieast kept me in...the shop. Went elsewhere for my lunch....!
Worst kfc i have ever eaten.... spicy wings aren't even spicy, overly greasy. I can say this kfc put me off kfc forever. Even KFC in south east asia was better.

It is what it is. Poor nutrition and an abundance of fattening food. I promise never to return after eating there but sooner or later a sneak back.
I had the freinds and family bucket and there was so much left that even when u reheated it still tasted the same perfect lovely kind staff
The queue was ridiculous and only one checkout chick on the premisesI had to wait for my turn for what felt like an eternity.
For a KFC these guys are pretty quick! I'm sick of sitting in ridiculous queues just to get my chicken on.

I took a carry away meal at the drive thru. Staff were friendly. Quality of the Burgers was very good.
Slow service, don't do vouchers and the order is hardly ever right.
