The experience was very professional, because I was pleasantly surprised, only by the initial welcome of the drive-thru intercom system! KUDOS to the layer supervisor who processed my order, as now I will return to maintain this particular place! My only disappointment was that this establishment never paralyzed. Excellent or great customer service makes the difference and in so many ways for customers!
Long wait inside. The mgr was very polite but she was taking drive thru orders and the cashier then she come take inside orders. I don't eat there but the mashed potatoes were watery. Chicken wings were so small they reminded me of a cornish henwings. The need staff looked like only 3 were working. Again the mgr did her best.
I love writing reviews, I was here this afternoon. Your service was so great and very fast with great customer service. Only 3 pieces of tender was handled so well. Her pommes were also so tasty, is worth a try, good job sweets I was so happy.

Inside was closed due to ceiling leak. Drive thru line extremely long. Order came out incorrect they ran out of wings. Had to walk up to drive in window to get order corrected which made the other customers upset
KFC has none of its original flavor. It is cooked well enough but no longer the treat it was. The hickory flavor is gone. The biscuits which used to be the best are now hard bricks.
The chicken smelled like old grease?not like chicken. The food isn?t fresh, and I?ll never, ever eat here again!
