Waiting for my order on April 25 the young girl taking the orders with a good que of patrons. 5 staff members out the back and girl on drive through. The guys out the back were packing orders for drive through, the very young girl...was on her own taking many orders until the manager comes out and humiliates her in front of everyone. He yells oy why are you not packing the orders, stop taking orders and get packing I felt very sorry for her as clearly she needed a hand from the horrid manager. Bad management skills, no wonder your looking for staff, respect is cheap try it se time
Went with my family here on Sunday and found the place a pigsty,one of the staff came and removed boxes from food off the table didn't even wipe it down.another came and mopped the floor well threw it around and **** was still everywhere, food...tasted like it had been in the Warner for hours. Won't be going back here anytime soon.
every time we go to this kfc, something is left out of the order, the burgers are poor with a fillet that in no way makes up for the amount of bread in the bun and about 2 bits of lettice with no sauce, chips...that have so much salt that your arterys fall apart or no salt at all. i will not be going back.
I ordered 2 burger boxes and a giant feast, but only received the burger boxes. This restaurant consistently forgets items and I have never received my complete, correct order from them.

report to the door with 10 customers, but only 20 inside. very bad service, as I had to wait sometime while the staff of registerboxes broke away.
very friendly service, but very slow to get their order and very rarely their correct order is there. never have sauce you want. not recommended
The wicked wings were disappointing. There was too much batter and the chicken was not cooked properly. It was a huge disappointment.
have eaten here several times and take them away too. chicken chips always fresh and cripsy. much better than chelsea heights

BURNT, OVERCOOKED AND DRY! Its like chewing rubber! not worth it at all! a waste of money!
The chicken was a bit rubbery, but still tasty. It could have been warmer though.
