The experience at this restaurant was terrible. The fries were awful, the salad tasted unpleasant, and the chicken was old and cold on the inside, which made it clear it wasn’t fresh. Everything was burnt, as if it had just been left heating for too long. The service was the only redeeming factor, but even then, they spent about 10 minutes chatting instead of attending to customers. The atmosphere was very cold, and we ended up having to throw most of our food away. It was a truly disappointing experience.
The manager I don't remember her name but she always makes it a pleasurable experience. Shout out to her for holding kfc down as long as she has been. Thanks for your great customer service. This location is absolutely the best,Great customer service,and the chicken was ready,so we didn't have to wait long. As other locations,they always say you gotta wait. I had a wonderful experience at this KFC! The location is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is still delicious, but I wish they would bring back the original fries. They currently have some great specials, like a two-piece meal for just $4.99!

The food was surprisingly disappointing. The chicken was dark and didn't match the expected crunchy texture. The highlight was the coleslaw. The corn lacked a buttery flavor, and as for the fries... well!
Wow, KFC no longer tastes like it used to—and not in a good way! It's completely flavorless now. It seems like they’re only using two or three spices at most.
The security guard was awful. He acted very unprofessionally and wrongly accused me of being a crackhead.
My cousin and I were drinking beer, and the meat was completely undercooked.
