The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. We had to wait in the drive-through for 30 minutes and then park and wait an additional 15 minutes for our order to be brought out. Additionally, our orders have consistently been missing items. Overall, the food was average, priced between £10 and £20 per person. Used the drive through upon ordering got asked to be parked up in an already full car park then when the food arrived the man didn't give it to us as couldn't read the writing on the receipt to drive home and realise items are missing tried calling several times but no answer will not be using them again! We had a cheap variety boneless meal. Just had our delivery of kfc, had a boneless banquet meal, the mini fillets hardly had any of the famous coating. Chips were cold and very dry, hard to swallow. The fillet burger meal was terrible cold burger again very dry and cold chips. Gravy was so watery had no taste. Last time we'll be getting a kfc. It's getting worse.
Used to be good. But lately always slow, whether going through drive thru or sitting in. Today we waited 40 mins for chilli bites, popcorn chicken and an ice cream. Wouldn't of bothered if it was a treat for the kids. Staff always look lost and confused Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
ricebox completely overwhelmed by the dressing. rice, huh and salat seemed ok if not shattered in the dressur. chips limp and tasteless. pity that it is so close and in which it is quite good. will not be ordered again.

This restaurant is incredibly slow and it's a complete joke. We placed our order inside on a Saturday evening and it took 40 minutes!!
