Was treated like a criminal and disbelieved when I very politely requested the food that did not arrive in my order. 3 pieces of chicken, a dinner roll, a large chips and dipping sauces all missing. I get that they probably get people trying to scam free food off them, but if they were more careful and better at their jobs, they at least wouldn't have people genuinely having to come back just to get what they've paid for. Better attitudes and presentation wouldn't go astray either.
I just had a 5-pack of large chips and some popcorn. The chips were cold and dry, and the chicken wasn't edible. This is the third time I've had a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning. During my visit, I noticed five staff members, yet I was the only customer there. The manager should have had someone cleaning the tables and sweeping the floor, as it was dirty. Don't bother with apologies; I'm not interested. Service: Takeout.
Enquired about a new bacon burger that is on the menu. The staff member, Kailey i think her name was, was very knowledgeable about the product and gave an accurate description of what it entailed. She was friendly and efficient throughout the order. The service was better than expected from a young teenager, and the store deserves a shout out for giving such opportunities to these young adults. Food: 4
Uncooked chips, stale bun, zinger burger doesn't even taste like a zinger burger anymore, just taste like a normal chicken piece.... absolutely disgusting. Wouldn't recommend going there, better off going to Brighton kfc. Replying to comment- as I can't reply to your comment I'm doing it on here. This is the fourth time my daughter has ordered online from your restaurant, and once again, we've received the wrong order. We are very dissatisfied and cannot recommend this service. She tried calling to report the incorrect order, but no one answered the phone. Is this what we are paying for? Service: Delivery – 1/5, Atmosphere – 1/5.

I consistently have issues with missing items in my orders, and they don't answer the phone when I try to reach them. I've had to call about eight times a day. The customer service is really disappointing.

This is the best KFC in Australia—there's no competition. It's also very child-friendly and offers great menu suggestions!
