Unfortunately, while I really enjoyed the food at this establishment, I have to give them the lowest possible rating based on their unpleasant and poor service and blatant dishonesty. Our server was impatient and rude from the get, and gave me a full blown lecture when I couldn’t immediately find my driver’s license after ordering a glass of wine, having offered her my global entry card that had my photo and dob on it, and is issued by the federal government, pursuant to Virginia ABC laws about what constitutes a valid form of ID. This is my go to place for Thai in Vienna. Sometimes the service by the staff is a hit or miss and sometimes the food is not consistent every time your order your favorites. The last time I ordered drunken noodles key ingredients were left out of my dish.
I always order the Chicken Ka Prow from here (the Basil Stir Fry) and it's delicious! Perfect level of heat, and always fresh. I can't wait to try more dishes from this place!
Food was great. Service could have been better but we did have a group of 15 so that maybe why it was less then usual.
