Stopped by today for some tacos and a torta, the asada and carnitas were way too salty. I don't know if this is how they usually season the meat or if someone went overboard on the salt. I did enjoy the home made corn tortilla and their agua de tamarindo. The torta was not well done, it fell apart on my boyfriend. I had high hopes for this place. We did get fast service. The salsa was great and the grilled onions they gave us were also good. Maybe they just need to hold the salt a little.
We traveled from Spokane and after exploring various restaurants, we found this taco truck to be the best. As someone of Mexican descent, my expectations are quite high, but this place truly impressed me. Their salsa is a definite 10/10. I also recommend the quesadilla, but the tacos are the real star!
The food here is outstanding, featuring delicious homemade tortillas. The customer service is excellent as well. This is my favorite place to dine, and I highly recommend it!
