Stay away from this place. Zero customer service! I ordered ice cream while I was in line I tasted it and it was very fatty too sweet so I asked the gal for a different one and they gave me a different one but when Manager Kathy came over she made mepay for ice cream I didn?t like, I literally had half a spoon of it and she was extremely rude about it, no apology and veryhotty attitude, people with ?queen? attitude should not be in management because they can?t serve clients. I will never buyanything from this business again.
Ice Cream just off the beach! You really can?t go wrong with Kilwins. They have over 30+ ice cream flavor options alone plus you can add things in if you like. We went around 9pm, and it was not busy at all though there was a line. They had good staffing,so things moved along quickly. You can order dish or cone, or even a shake I believe. In addition to ice cream, they offer candyand chocolate fresh or packaged to go. If you?re looking for a sweet treat, Kilwin?s is a great option located just off thebeach near the Pier.
It's expensive here. The turtle fudge is amazing! I will say don't buy much of it at once. My husband and I bought a half pound to share (essentially half of one of the slices in the case). It's very rich so it lasted us several days, and it was a bitstale by day 3. In the future I would probably get only a quarter pound, or just store it in an airtight container so it lastslonger.
The best ice cream, candies, and fudge in Clearwater Beach. The shop is nice and clean, staff is friendly, and it smells so delicious in here! We ordered some fudge, toffee and a Caramel Apple. Great location in Clearwater. Lots of choices of sweetsfor all ages.
