Never Again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. I called ahead for 3 sandwiches and was told 45 minute wait. Fine. NOT FINE. After driving there and going in on time, the guy at the counter looked and said 6 people ahead of me and had no clue when it would beready. So I went back to my car to wait. After about 3 songs, I went back in. 1. The order was wrong, 2. The order was cold, Iwas upcharged as a result of the error. There's no point in calling and I'm too angry to speak with a manager. I DO NOTRECOMMEND BUYING AT THE HERCULES KINDERS. Go to Martinez or Concord...anywhere else.
Man I so want a refund. This place used to be excellent but now is awful. You can clearly see they don't take pride in there business. They offer jobs to these young high school and colleges young adults and they are clowning. I mean just don't give adame. If this continues I see this once good establishment fizzing out. You don't think is possible well so did Toy R Us abillion dollar industry closed down. I live in Oakland by time saw what was in my bag I done already left shop. I need a refundto add this place not cheap.
i went on my lunch break (30 mins) just to order a side of fries. ONLY FRIES. i was told it was going to take 2-5 mins. i end up waiting 20 whole minutes before i decided to leave just for some FRIES. even the people who ordered after me got their food andleft. i wasted basically my entire lunch for SOME FRIES!!!!!! do not eat here. poor organization and time management.
I ordered the ribs and ball tip, which were served with potato salad and beans. The sides were decent, but the meat itself was lacking in smokiness and flavor. At least the ribs were tender. I can't say I had tried ball tip before, but it was quite tough. And honestly, who came up with that name? The soda was just what I expected.

I ordered the deluxe deli sandwich. It was a wonderful sandwich, but more than I can eat in one setting. Going back again, I think able to order the mini deli sandwich, or at most the regular deli sandwich. But everything here is well worth it, as it has been for years now.
This is one of the best places to eat in the bay area. Love all of there food. The ball tip sandwich is my favorite. You can also buy there sauces and seasonings at the retail stores. Great place to eat at. Wish they would build one in the Las Vegasarea!!
I ordered four ball tip sandwiches and requested no lettuce or tomatoes, but they were still loaded with both. Additionally, there was very little meat on the sandwiches. The last four times I've ordered from Kinder's, I've been really disappointed.
I love their seasoning and bbq sauce and was completely caught off guard when I saw they had a Deli restaurant too. Had the tri tip sandwich and was delicious. Will definitely swing by 1 of their locations again soon to try more of their menu.
