Was craving fish n chips due to my pregnancy so my sister and I waited for over an hour for them to open being as we live on the other side of town. Additionally, we have had their fish n chips before, and we wanted to indulge in something we hadn?t enjoyedin a while. Being a United Kingdom native, we were extremely excited to get a taste of home. Nevertheless, we received our foodand the portion size was absolutely astonishing, the fish had little to no flavor, and there was literally no flakiness to thefish; almost as if they used a breading not beer batter. Nice local neighborhood bar. This bar is a part of the Dunwoody Restaurant Group so the menu is consistent with its other sister bars. The food here is affordable and really good. My favorites are the Lamb Wrap, the Chicken Tenders and the Corned Beef EggRolls. Pre-pandemic they had trivia nights. I'm not sure if they still do this but it was really fun. It was Adult Trivia sosome of the questions were a bit raunchy. Definitely for adults only. Biggest Con is the music. Its always Rock or Country. Iwould like if they mixed in some top 40. I randomly decided to visit this restaurant at 10pm after seeing good reviews for their grilled cheese on Google. And I must say, their grilled cheese did not disappoint. The White Russian I ordered was decent, although White Russians are not usually my favorite. The fries were tasty, especially if you like British-style chips. The tomato soup was enjoyable, but it did cost extra which was a downside. Overall, this place is cool and I would visit occasionally if I lived nearby. It didn't blow me away, but it's a nice, relaxed spot to grab some food and drinks.

The restaurant also had a trivia night on the day I visited, which could be a pro or con depending on your preferences. Fish and chips was totally baller. They provide vinegar and tartar sauce with the order. I ordered it with a cold draft beer, they have a large collection of those. The night I went had trivia so that could be a plus or minus depending on your preferences. That being said, there was patio seating available for us where the Trivia was not so loud.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic. The food is delicious, especially the pretzel bites as an appetizer. I highly recommend trying them. The staff and other customers are all very friendly. Treat yourself and drop by for a drink and some tasty food!
