There’s been many times where they miss adding things onto the dish. I mainly order one thing every time, but there’s usually always something missing. Maybe if I ask for extra topping, a specific sauce, etc. It’s pretty annoying given the price, I also usually have it delivered or picked up by family. It’s the closest place to get this kind of food too, I go here out of convenience. I’m not too happy with the portions, the taste is alright, not the best versions of dishes I’ve had. Given other places had a slightly lower price. Going to throw this out there for anyone, if anyone is ever in Valley Stream. There’s a place called “Gyro Spot,” address is 16 Central Ct, Valley Stream, NY 11580....

First of all, I regularly dine at Gordon Ramsay's restaurants YET King Halal stands as the one and only true king. I've found my new purpose just entering the restaurant and smelling the most delicious scents. The way they pack the juicy chicken right on that perfectly cooked jasmine rice and how perfectly that white sauce squirts proportionally just gets my mouth wateringg and lemme tell you the OWNER IS THE FUNNIEST, NICEST MAN EVER. overall 10/10 experience ?

King halal has a variety of food for great prices. Not only are the prices great, but the food is amazing. Quantity, taste, everything is great. Not only is the food great, but anytime I come here the customer service is beyond amazing. Afridi will always welcome you into his store with open arms, makes you laugh, smile, always has a positive mindset. Anytime I come here, he never fails to make me smile. He’s a very genuine hard working person.

Place was dirty making me feel like the food is not being prepared in the most hygienic conditions.But besides that what is not normal is the manager looking blonde guy with glasses thinks himself is a very smart or witty guy instead he’s just being arrogant to the customers by the way he talks. Talking about customers with staff but in another language is just disrespectful

I get takeout from here at least once per week. The food is delicious, consistent, and the portions are generous. I've never had to wait long. It is clear that the owner cares about interacting with his customers and making sure they have a positive experience.If you're looking for well-executed, classic halal dishes, this is a great spot.

I’ve probably been to every halal spot on the island and this is by far the best one I’ve found! The staff are extremely personable and friendly. The flavors and seasonings definitely set this spot apart. 10/10 recommend ??Food: 5/5

Was very difficult to get through to someone to place a pickup order over the phone. Had to call at least 3 times until someone picked up. However, once I got my food it was very good. Cooked right and lots of flavor.Food: 5/5

Great food and amazing customer service! Definitely the best halal I’ve had and for a great price. The owner went out if his way to ensure customer satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend.
