I visited for lunch, hoping for a light snack, but was disappointed to find no sandwiches or baguettes on the menu. I opted for soup and chips, while my partner chose olives since he doesn't eat soup. The coffee selection was lacking and overpriced, and the taste was not impressive. While the barman was friendly, he appeared quite untidy, with poorly painted nails, which isn't a great look for someone serving food. I made a last-minute reservation based on friends' recommendations and enjoyed an outstanding Sunday roast. The portions were generous, and the roast potatoes were perfect. Cracking food, great choice of pints, locals clearly greeted like old friends. Was only dropping into Horsham, but it's a real gem truly a pub for everyone.
