Unfortunately, there is a lot of confusion regarding billing. We had requested a package for one night with spa, and a second regular night. We even called to confirm everything. Upon arriving we were briefed on what we thought was included. When paying we are charged everything piece by piece and when we tried to explain what we had booked we were printed off the invoice saying we had to pay and the package was never entered in the system. Be careful... Validate well what is included and what is not. It can drive up the bill quickly. Too bad, otherwise it was good. Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 4
Great spa, the diversity of services of the thermal experience is incredible. We enjoyed the salt exfoliation, which we had never seen anywhere else. The place is clean and the service is remarkable. The big minus of the thermal experience is that the spa water was so hot (104° that we were not able to stay more than 5 minutes. There was even another customer who was unable to go into the spa because it was so hot. A few degrees cooler, we could have made the most of it and the experience would have been 5 stars. The spa is superb! Mouthwatering Kinipi food and wine are worth a visit. We often go there just to eat! It happened to me sometimes that it was noisy at the spa site, people laughing and talking loudly and no one was there to calm down. Service: 5 Location: 5
