Went in Saturday at about 230pm. Took a seat at the end with my partner, both of us excited to be having conveyor belt/train style for the first time in a decade or so. Our first time a this establishment was unfortunately a disappointment. Wait staff were nice and approachable, but the food was a let down. The only highlight was the tempura prawn nigiri. The salmon was decent enough, but everything else was underwhelming, moreso the unagi and its preparation. Cannot see myself back here when there are so many other alternatives in the area and in Adelaide. Ended up grabbing a few rolls at the nearby sushi place near the kmart as I wasn't particularly inspired to try more.
I have been there in the past, but today when we took our daughter, it was really disappointing. The soup we ordered; a ramin and an udon, took nearly 40mins to come out, and both were bland and watery, more like seafood and noodles in boiled water. The mushroom in it was chewy and not hydrated. The sashimi we got was room temperature. They forgot to bring a drink my husband had ordered.For a $75 lunch I expected a lot better. Very disappointed and embarrassed we took our daughter there.
The worst. The worst sushi, the worst service. Avoid it and get sime great sushi from inside near Kmart. Ordered a water for it to be handed to us when we were leaving by the girl who just remembered then coughed in her hand grabbed it from the fridge and gave it to us. Never again.
They way they treat people is absolutely disgusting.Refused to serve me, or acknowledge my existence and refused eye contact due to mask exemption. To put it simply, discriminatory

Been here many times the sushi is great, but had the worst sushi when the rice was undercooked and tasted like grains. Left only having 3 plates. Could improve
Loved the sushi. But I love coming here as the floor staff are very nice. A staff called Kush was very helpful. Excellent customer service.
Not the best kintaro around, most dishes were served cold and not as fresh as I'm used to at the Hindley street store.
Worst sushi place in Town. Everything was empty and very slow with orders. Service was not friendly as well.

Bad restaurants.. Not fresh fish.... There is a hair and dirt in my sushi rice... Unfriendly staffs..
The train is empty and we don’t only a few to eat. Staff don’t attempt to put more food.
