$alads are all good; some are better than others. my favorite is the root salad. the beet root itself is delicious and has enough hard to enjoy and bite into it. simply try the green leaves. each ingredient in each salad is delicious and fresh. they have suppe before the winter is over. it changes every day. most suppen are vegetarian. all suppers are good; some are better than others. express in food court could use more patronage. the prices are slightly higher, as fresh ingredients taste much better and cost more to buy and prepare. the served portions are murderous. this is to increase the profit margin. suppe should be at least 3 pfannen. in comparison to what is available on the market...
This is QUALITY food that is delicious, honest and pretty healthy! I have been there for lunch and dinner and it's such a welcoming place from their comfy sitting area to the very kind staff that make you feel valued and well looked after. The staff don't oversell or try to push you into buying more, they'd rather listen and find out about what you feel like eating and then they cater to that. Try the bread and the steak chips! It's just on another level. I have no doubt this restaurant will do very well because it's backed by good food and a very positive and lovely team! Well done!
This is a great model for lunch a combo of go up to the counter and select from their fresh and appealing offerings plus unobtrusive, professional and friendly table service if you decide you want an extra drink, coffee, cake... It's part restaurant, part (hip) cafeteria. The decor is relaxing industrial, toilets spotless, and despite it being near full when we (4) were there, not too noisy. The Google site has confusingly this rated as which I think is inaccurate. It's more and great value.
a good opportunity to start a trip, with a healthy, filling, delicious meal! the service was efficient and the staff was happy to help with asking to eat. if they are not sure about any menu items or items, they ask themselves before they order, as there are many employees to help and there is easy to avoid a misunderstanding. it is a restaurant in an international airport in a large city, and the prices are reflecting of it and fair. a comfortable dining room to sit and enjoy a good meal. An easy recommendation. We tried this place on a whim as we were only in Sydney for the day. Absolutely delicious meal of cold salads and warm meats (for today, roast chicken and pulled pork enchilada). It's an ever changing menu with new choices each day. The two salads (grapes, fennel, hazelnuts and rocket beetroot, apple, walnut and horseradish) complimented both the meats and the wines we chose. There's a decent wine selection along with spirits and cocktails. Well worth the visit.
Very enjoyable evening out. Picked restaurant from a Gift card and were very pleasantly surprised. Cold miserable evening but the ambience inside was warm and comfortable. Our server was very well versed on her food and wines and everything we ordered was very enjoyable. Would definitely return and highly recommend to our friends and family.
had a stopover on an early morning frightening flight from canberra before on the international way, held for an breakfast and it was great, fast service, nice fresh food. Saurteig toast was a little hard to cut through, but I guess that is the nature of sourdough eating was absolutely delicious.
