Horrible experience in ordering food todayThere 's a cashier lady there, who has terrible attitude. I don 't know her name, but one way to identify her is that she has heavy Hispanic accent. I tried to place an order today over the phone, and she kept interrupting me. I asked her repeatedly miss I have work to do, I need to place the order fast so I can go. She just kept talking and interrupting me. I said I had to wait a long time on the phone, she told me that I had to use a tablet. I informed her that I tried ordering online but the site told me to call the restaurant. I said it 's okay can I just place the order now? Loved this place till I had a problem. I did not receive part of my order. No one at the restaurant understood how to do a refund. They said they could resend. Agreed to that. Then they called back claiming the delivery person did deliver everything which was not true. So I asked for a refund instead. I did not want a disgruntled delivery person coming to my house again. Man at the restaurant claims he has to call his boss who is not there and they will refund later. Did not get any kind of confirmation number. If you order delivery do it through Seamless or Ubereats so you can get a refund if needed. How does a business not know how to refund customers if they make a mistake? Extremely frus...

I must say, this experience was fantastic. The staff member who took our order was incredibly nice and friendly. We ordered a turkey BLT hero and a chicken cutlet hero with mustard and jalapeños, and they were both delicious. I absolutely recommend paying a visit. I definitely plan to return and can’t wait! Very pricey but everything prepared to order in very quick fashion and menu is very large, plus they'll make anything you ask for. Lots of seating outside and in.Owner family very polite and religious, and their staff- in spite of diversity- reflects their values, politeness and work ethic seldom seen these days.
I had K&L cater to a small event, and from the moment I spoke to the manager throughout the date of the delivery, all was seamless and perfect. The food platters/wraps were delicious and super fresh. The quality was excellent and I am very happy with the service. Tyvm and great job K&L

Delicious breakfast to start the day!We got 2 Nova K. on a bagel and 2 Large Latte. Bagel was tasty and fresh! The size of latte was definitely `large`, not like at other places! The coffee was great also!We'll be coming back again for sure!
