I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Klatch today. I went in with my mom to grab some coffee, and I always order the iced crème brûlée latte, so I'm very familiar with how it should look. However, when I received my drink, the color was quite different from what I expected. Confused, I asked the barista to confirm whether it was the right drink, and she said it was. Still puzzled, I continued to examine my latte. At that point, my mom noticed the barista make a very rude face as if to suggest I was overreacting. Adorable little coffee shop! I popped in to get some work done for about an hour before heading to Trader Joe's. This place is likely the friendliest coffee shop I've ever visited. The staff greeted everyone who walked in with a cheerful "hello" or "good morning." It was clear they had a good rapport with regular customers, chatting about upcoming weddings and asking about their kids. What a wonderful way to kick off the morning! The coffee was enjoyable—though I'm not an expert—I just needed a caffeine boost, and this definitely delivered!
Kid-friendliness: My kids always feel welcome, and on Sundays, the atmosphere is lively with the sounds of children chatting, laughing, and enjoying their meals.
Parking: The parking lot is shared with neighboring stores, but there's usually plenty of space available.
Dietary restrictions: My wife and I follow a low-carb, high-fat, moderate-protein (keto) diet, and the staff have been incredibly accommodating, offering to make our sandwiches lettuce-wrapped or open-faced with the bread served on the side!
We tried the blended crème brûlée and a vanilla bean latte. The vanilla bean latte was enjoyable, but the blended crème brûlée contained large ice chunks and could have been better blended. They also serve sandwiches, and I opted for the turkey pesto panini, which was served hot. It wasn't very filling, but it was a tasty snack. All in all, this café is a nice spot to relax and enjoy decent coffee, but it's not the best option if you plan to work or study and need a power source.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly. We ordered the popular sandwich along with two vanilla lattes—one made with their homemade almond-cashew milk, which was absolutely delicious. I'm definitely planning to return!
oooo i love me a creamy coffee. specifically, i really enjoy a coffee where i can still taste the espresso flavor that is not overly masked by milk. this drink delivered exactly that. it was on the sweeter side but other than that, i thoroughly enjoyed my coffee and will be back!
Great little gem. Avocado Toast #1 coffee yummy. PRICES ARE GREAT....... I wish the employees would be a little more friendly, and many chit chatter behind counters. Also, uniforms would totally make this place POP!Food: 5/5
It's Nov 2022, get the Twig and Tree coffee! It is so fall! I love it so much. Staff is friendly and welcoming on the the suggestions too.
