While the flashier Kensington Street residents like Kensington Street Social and Automata attract most of the attention, there's something to be said for sneaking into Spice Alley for a fast, no frills feed. After getting liquored up at a wine tasting at Handpicked Wines, I ducked through the well lit galley that is Koa Kitchen to enjoy an al fresco meal under the bobbing red lanterns. Passed by this place with a friend and thought that the price was rather decent. I ordered a Chicken Ramyeon for $7.90. Turns out, it was basically instant noodles with carrots only. So I went back and asked if I could get a refund as the menu said chicken or beef but there was no meat in it. However, when I asked, she said the bin is right there ,please throw and return to tray to me Avoid at any costs.

Ordered through Deliveroo on Saturday night and was the perfect thing I needed. Fried chicken was brilliant. And most importantly the bibimbap was awesome and came with two fried eggs! Can’t beat that for value. Would order from there again

Love this place! ... as a takeaway. Have yet to visit in person but the food is great. As an avid lover of Korean food I happily re-order from here regularly. I would recommend the bibimbap and the kimchi fried rice in particular

A wonderful outdoor eating setting for Korean food. Its winter here and outside in a short sleeve shirt. Amazing good and great service
