This is a busy diner that aims to get you in and out, without rushing you. It looks like it was a local favorite. They have a large menu. I had a turkey burger for lunch and was able to substitute fresh vegetables for fries. I like it when restaurants are flexible. It was a good meal. There is prompt friendly service. The web site refers to the restaurant as a cozy, venerable, neighborhood diner.
Love the food and the people but the acoustics are bad with all of the knotty pine on the ceiling and the walls we had to yell our order to the waitress. I am sure the owners think this is the way all restaurants are. They should dine at other places to see (hear) that this isn’t normal .
We ate here twice while we were in the area. The lattes were great, they had almond milk for me! The second day it came with whipped cream but my daughter didn't mind helping me out and eating that. This really is a cute little reliable breakfast place!!
Great food and amazing staff. A great place to have amazing Reubens. What better place to get 1,000 Island Dressing than in the 1,000 Islands. Also, a very unique note, this is the only restaurant I’ve been to that offers both Coke and Pepsi products. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Stopped in after a swing through the boat museum. It's like an upscale diner, but without breakfast all day. Food was decent enough, but service was a little slow even though the place wasn't full up.
The acoustics are bad. With all of that pine on the ceilings and walls it is a steady hum of people yelling to be heard. Too bad the owners do not realize this. But it must just seems normal to them .
Delicious food, great service! Our server was friendly and attentive, and didn't rush us out the door. We'll definitely visit again
