They close at 5:00, but the staff began cleaning up at 3:50. The service was incredibly slow. The young man who was preparing the food was doing fine, but the management and the young lady in the back seemed rather ineffective, more focused on tidying up than on the customers. When you see patrons waiting and you're not planning to prepare any more food, or if you're going to take everything away, at the very least, inform them instead of just leaving them waiting. Absolutely terrible experience.
I Stopped by for my lunch break from work, and waited 25 mins just to place an order with only 3 customers ahead of me. This is not the first time the wait time is this long. Employees also looked like they were being bothered, at one point there wasnobody placing any orders at the counter , the next person in line was waiting to be signaled to the counter and they were justtalking amongst each other as we are all just waiting there to be served. Very disappointed.
My all-time favorite restaurant! The service was fast and efficient, and the customer care surpassed what I anticipated for a mall eatery. One of the female employees, sporting dyed, fluffy hair in a bun and tattoos, not only handled my order but also had a fantastic attitude that left me smiling after a long day. I can't wait to return!
Have not been there for awhile and was excited.big disappointment.Six pieces of meat on the yero of which I hardly tasted because the pita they use now is thick as naan bread.fry with small drink for 14$.cooks were cranky and the only person thatwas nice was the person taking my money.what a shame
