we came here last night for lunch and the customer service was extremely bad that he was not existent. when we ordered our food, the dame at the bank seemed very confused when we wanted to order 2x rinderbulgogi rice. it took 5 minutes to put our order in us as if she had no idea what she did. no smile, no or thank you. our two meals took 30 minutes to make. it was very frustrating, as we were the only ones in the whole restaurant (there were only two of us.) while waiting for the food, the staff did not stop talking. when our food was served, the man didn't even say anything, he just came out to put our two meal times on the table next to us that we were not served cute. the food was good t...
Despite being the only two customers in the entire restaurant, it took 30 minutes for our meals to arrive. While we waited, the staff continued chatting among themselves. When our food finally came out, the server didn’t even acknowledge us; he just placed our dishes on a table next to us without a word. Though the food had a good flavor, it was barely warm. By the time I finished my meal, the whole dish was cold. I cannot recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere and the staff's professionalism were lacking, and they clearly need to improve their basic customer service skills—like smiling and greeting customers. If I could, I would give this place zero stars.
The man who served us was nice enough but it was dissapointing management. We had to wait half an hour for just 2 burgers, and awkwardly stood there while the kitchen staff were giving each other attitude publicly, the burger was below average 1 slice of tomato, and 3 small lettuce leafs unchopped etc, chicken was greasy, no serviettes, no gloves used when making the burger either despite handling cash... wont be going back... nothing mentioned about the wait or anything either feel abit heavy and sick after eating it too

I ordered the Ed Hadolf Buldak and Gangoeng. The Gangoeng was quite disappointing (especially for the price). The Buldak was decent, but overall, I found the experience to be lacking. The price is quite high, and while it was tasty, it just didn't meet my expectations.
with the family ordered the boneless chicken piece, chicken wing, 2x burger and chicken carving. general portions, huhn was sukkulent with very crispy coating delicious! very happy customers, will be definitiw back
overpriced, takes over 30 min for chips and the half of the portion huhn, huh was rough. I would avoid many other places to get Korean bang to west rode.

Honestly my favourite chicken place! The sweet and spicy boneless chicken is so good! The wasabi Mayo burger is on another level.
