Convenient location on Coventry for tasty pastries, bread, and boba. There's plenty of seating and free wifi. Although I haven't tried too many of their boba drinks, I think in Cleveland, this place is a solid choice for boba. When I arrived on a Sunday afternoon there were not as many pastries as I saw in their other location on different days, so I'm assuming you would have to arrive earlier for fresh breads. We also bought bbq pork buns in the fridge that were savory, sweet, and soft after microwaving them (wrapped in wet paper towel). Steaming them at home would maybe make them even better. I'm excited to return for more boba!
Cute atmosphere but as my first time here I got a strawberry milk tea that I’ve had other places and know I like . I tried it at this place at it was disgusting, more sour than anything and tangy than sweet with a strawberry flavor.I stated i didn’t like it and kindly asked if i could have something else since it’s already been paid for to be told no you cannot unless you pay for another drink and we don’t do refundsI asked what kind of policy is that to be asked “what’s a policy?” Clearly something this store does not have . And was then antagonized by her saying “someone’s not happy today”
My significant other and I are frequent visitors to this restaurant and always order boba tea. I recently found out that they make the boba from scratch, which is why it always tastes perfect. We also enjoy the pork and beef buns. Thank you, Koko Bakery! In terms of vegetarian options, they offer plant-based choices such as sticky rice banana leaf, green onion buns, and cheese buns.

Extremely rude service. Keep rushing me to make the order. Plus if you close at 8, don't ask your customers to leave soon at 7:45 because you want to clean up. If you want to go home on time, put your store hour closing at 7:30. Won't come back. Gonna go to mango mango. Better service with more quality bubble and desert.
I'm in here at least 3x/week, sometimes 4. They know my order and start making it when I walk in. There's a wide variety of drinks treats, and their boba is the best in the city--pillowy soft and just the right amount of chew. I love the welcome I get when I enter.
The best boba and asian baked goods place in Cleveland! The owners are great and the place is spacious and well decorated.
I always anticipate the sesame balls at this restaurant! They are always fresh and perfect!
