Our visit coincided with the Friday night markets plan, but after catching a show at our favorite nearby street theatre, Kome Kome's dinner table sounded like a great option. Chef Akihiko Kurashima runs a functional kitchen and dining space on the western edge of Plant 4, overlooking Bowden Park. We tried the barramundi and shimeji saute, as well as the miso-marinated pigeon. Both dishes were presented beautifully on China plates, a welcome change from the usual takeout containers we've seen at other places.
