Nice to see a menu with fast food and healthy choices. I ordered a healthy choice, husband ordered a wrap and daughter wanted a plain chicken wrap. My healthy choice was the Avo Go Go (avocado, sweet potato wedges, spinach quinoa and pomegranate seeds). Sounded yummy. I added some halloumi..... thankfully, because when it came out it was halloumi, a couple of slices of avocado and lettuce. When I enquired where the rest was I was given some sweet potato chunks and told the manager had said to stop serving the rest of the ingredients!!! Not quite the meal as advertised. The girl who came out to explain all this to us was lovely and a real credit to the place. She obviously felt quite awkward...
Me and two friends came for a lunch to see what the koop hype was about because we heard good things about it. I got the buffalo wings and loved them, full of flaver and the chips were nice and crispy. We were served by yusof who was so polite and attentive. He recommended all of our meals and we all ended up loving them. Cant wait to visit again, definitely way better than nandos and even cheaper.
I went to this restaurant with a few friends and we were served by a woman named Anna. Initially, she seemed friendly but I soon noticed how poorly she spoke to her staff. The food was tasty but unfortunately, the bad attitude and poor customer service overshadowed the experience. I would only recommend this place for a quick stop.
I frequently visit this restaurant when my brother and dad go to Anfield for the game. Our server last night was Danny. He is a valuable member of the team. He gave us a very warm and friendly welcome and provided excellent service (although I think he just adored the two newborns we had with us haha). Thank you, Danny! xxx

I came with my friend because I love the food there and it's also cheap. The waitress that served us, Marina , was very smiley and friendly which I like when you go to a restaurant. But the waffle were very very oily, you can see that it is fried. They were awful don't order one, so better go for the milkshake.
I brought my family here so they can try chicken waffles as they’ve never tried it before. Our food was served hot and was delicious, a handsome young man called yousif served us and he was such a gentleman, so helpful as we kept asking questions when ordering our food. Would definitely be back again.
