Talk about aggressive selling. I pulled into the drive-thru since the lobby was closed. I tried to order three donuts, but the employee kept asking me how many. I told her “one each” three times, but she kept repeating, “You want 20 donuts?” I couldn’t understand how “one each” sounded like 20. I ordered three different types, but she insisted I wanted 20 donuts. When I went quiet, trying to figure out how to finish my order, she said she’d be back in a few minutes... so I just drove away. Has Krispy Kreme started paying commissions? What kind of hard sell is this? Are customers being forced to buy 20 donuts? Where is that number coming from? I couldn't find a negative 3 stars..... Is worst customer service I've ever experienced.... These young kids and they don't know how to serve the public..... They don't have the training.... They use the same gloves to open the window and use on the cash register then pick up my donuts with their fingers and then put them in a Box....... Just today my donuts were sticky as all get out I don't know what's happening with their recipe I think they forgot some ingredients today..... This was the worst I've ever experienced
When this location first opened it was fantastic, now it seems like the selection has dwindled down and the donuts aren't near as fresh. Seeing as how the donuts are made there I'm not sure how they aren't fresh, but the last few times I've went there and got a random dozen donuts this seems to be the case.
worse and worse. do not expect edible donuts when they go too soon. they will be cold and hard as they have been in the freezer and the closed lobby is irritating. they are rude when they go through. if they order one of the ice creams. they bring them into a much smaller cup without whip cream.

The drive-thru customer service could be better, but the original glazed donuts are consistently delicious, which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, they couldn't prepare the frozen latte I wanted, so I chose an iced latte instead, but it turned out to be just average and excessively sweet.

The donuts were decent, but the coffee was disappointing and not worth the money. Customer service was lacking, and the woman working the drive-thru was rude when we pointed out a discrepancy between our order and what we received. Definitely not worth the visit.
As usually this place stay packed... but I had order Mines the night before. I had the bright idea to bring Krispy to a Repass and it went beautifully. But as always the doughnuts are always delicious and there was none left and I bought 5 dozens.. Thanks

I haven't eaten at this restaurant personally, but I've noticed a constant flow of cars coming in every day, and I haven't received any negative comments about it.
I mean its glazed Krispy Kreme so of course they are good. Wish I would get them hot thou
