If you want to want to waste your time, go to this location. I waited in line for over 20 minutes before getting to the speaker. Once at the speaker, I waited another 5 before saying hello since no one had said anything, only to be rudely told wait a minute . Which was not only said rudely, should have been unnecessary since there was only one car ahead of me in line at this point and they had already paid. Very unprofessional and disrespectful person working in this shop. I love Krispy cream and their quality but they don’t value your loyalty. Ordered online for the job meeting and was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:30am. Got there at 7:20 and waited at the drive through for 30 min yet no sign of my order. Finally they brought me order and was the wrong one after asking my name in order twice. After another 10 min they did brought my donuts but no coffee. I asked the lady that I need them for business meeting at 9am and I am getting late. I gave a one because zero isn 't an option. Chaos ensued when I went to pick up my order. It was a pick up order but they had the door locked with a mile long drive thru. So my order just sat getting old while I had to wait and wait to get through the drive thru line, all because they completed the order which made it so I couldn 't just cancel it and leave. They didn 't even apologize when I finally made it to the window. Horrible experience. I won 't be back, at least not for some years
Great place to stop to treat the family. The location really has to work on fulfilling its menu selection and fixing the menu screen. There were times recently it didn't seem they were open cause the menu screen light was broken. They run out of specialty flavors all the time though or just don't have what is being advertised. I'm sure this is hurting return business.
Took so long for someone to take my order at the intercom. Sat in silence for 20 minutes until someone took my order. The Iced latte advertised on the menu looked nothing like the coffee I received. Seems like it is all minors working and no aftual management on the site to keep the service going fast and efficient.
Donuts are always good here. But...everytime we go there, we rarely get any jelly filled or blueberry donuts which are some of our favs. I mean, it is literally a donut shop. Why can't they make more of those knowing they always sell out? Just doesn't make sense to me.
I usually love Krispy Kreme but lately it's been terrible. One time I ordered lemon filled and got home and none had filling. I let it go. Today, May 21 I bought a dozen glaze and they look old. Come on Krispy Kreme, please get it right! Not okay
I was floored by their generosity! They comped each of my kids 6 assorted donuts for good grades (so good some didn't even make it home), and even comped me a fabulous white mocha latte for being a good parent. I'll definitely be back!
Every Friday is a treat for my granddaughter. I pick her up from school and she always has to go by Krispy Kreme to get her chocolate sprinkle donut and a cup of glazed holes. She loves them!
