Terrible operation management and hope the higher department can see this. My wife and I came there at 9:15pm on Friday National Donut Day and wait in the line in person even though I have Krispy Kreme App, the reason is that we just did full vaccination so we want to double check with the staff and choose the flavors of donuts we want for our kids in person. It?s windy and cold at that time, and suddenly a lady(guess she?s the manager)came out said that they?ll only let the people into the store by 9:45pm, but it was 9:43pm at that moment, they should put a sign or notification outside earlier about the time policy, or send someone to outside kept telling us about this at least 10 or 20 min...
Great donuts, great service and love the drive thruPrice, not so much. When did they get so expensive. About $11.50 for 6 donuts. I guess I should have gotten the full dozen for a few bucks more. Oh well. Definitely tasted fresh and hit the spot so still a happy camper. Will have to bring some friends or look for coupons on the next trip : note: i still offered a couple bucks tip, but they wouldn?t accept it. Said they can?t. I respect that.
The staff gave two free glazes to the people in front of us and three to those behind us, both of whom were not members, so it seemed unfair. Additionally, the cashier became upset because we only had a $50 bill. This happened to us a few years ago, which is why we stopped visiting this location and started going to the La Puente store instead.
We anticipated a lengthy line, and I believe Krispy Kreme can't change that. They were working as quickly as they could. If products like these are popular, it's only natural to expect some wait time. Everyone was patient. I appreciated the staff member who guided us outside; he was very courteous and thanked us. What a wonderful experience! After fighting the app on my phone, I went in and talked to someone about the issues I was having. He gave me an extra dozen for my input and trouble. Lovely man, great doughnuts! The Fall Collection is great!
Whenever I'm near a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop, I can always count on a delightful experience! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly polite and friendly. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!
What more can I say if you've already been there? If you haven't, then you're in for a real treat! The donuts are light and airy, so you won't feel guilty indulging in more than two because they're not heavy at all.
I did not like the way the food tasted and the donuts was very very sweet. People say good but not even, and I don't know why people put 5 star when they could just go to a different place for cheaper. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is a fantastic spot for family outings! The service is excellent, and the staff at this KK location always greets you with a smile. The donuts are fresh and delicious.
