I 'll start with the good news. The donuts are excellent. Their website is atrocious. When attempting to customize a dozen donuts, scrolling can initiate a page refresh, which removes all previous selections. Attempting to see all selections in the box will leave you with a close button that removes all selections. Instead of having options to view/hide selections, they give a nice 'Start Over ' button for all the folks that like to start adding donuts and then remove them all, just in case the page refresh or box closing functionality didn 't already empty your box for you. A dozen donuts, an iced caramel mocha, easy peasy, right ? The girl who took my debit card was not the same one who handed it back. Why should it be exchanged between anyone but myself and one employee? That felt unsettling. They forgot my drink so I sat and waited on it. The main employee ?helping? had zero people skills, was slightly cold and was covered in hickeys. Gross, right ? (Ps, leave that relationship?being marked like territory is a huge ???? When I received my drink, the cup was not even full. I wish the missing contents of the drink I paid for were reflected in the price but they were not. I will definitely not be going back to this location. Donuts were good though ???????????

The last 3 times we've gone to the Hilliard-Rome Rd Krispy Kreme the lobby is closed. I purchase 3-12 dozen donuts per visit for employees businesses it is BEYOND a pain to have to place an order at the drive thru. Not able to look at what they have andworking with a very impatient, hard to hear attendant doesn't help any. I don't understand why one employee cannot work at thecounter during normal business hours especially when there appear to be more than enough employees there to do so. All I can sayis thatDunkin Donuts and Tom Horton's have to be celebrating the fall of Krispy Kreme.

The last three times I've visited the Krispy Kreme on Hilliard-Rome Rd, the lobby has been closed. I typically buy 3 to 12 dozen donuts each time for my employees, and having to place an order at the drive-thru is extremely frustrating. It's impossible to see what they have, and dealing with a distracted attendant makes it even more challenging. I really don't understand why one employee can't work the counter during regular business hours, especially when there seem to be plenty of staff available. It seems like Dunkin' Donuts and Tim Hortons must be relishing Krispy Kreme's decline.
This place is basically the donut god. If you haven't tried them you have been greatly missing out. Nice airy donuts , never hard or dense. Their original glazed literally melt in your mouth. Other places I'm lucky to finish a whole donut. Here I canwipe out half a dozen original with such ease and I'm not even ashamed. Their frozen coffee drinks, OMG they actually taste likecoffee whereas other places they just taste like coffee creamer. They usually have a seasonal donut. And we love to grab themini ones for our young kids. I have not had anything here that I didn't love.
I gave you guys four stars, because you guys are my favorite drive thru chain and we love your donuts. I feel like this would have been lower if not for that. We love the hot and fresh donuts, but today they weren't hot. I had to microwave them for thekids. The lobby was locked. So, we couldn't pick them out. I still recommend them. Just keep it fresh guys. The donuts weregreat, but better fresh.
My fiancé and I visited this place for the first time today, and it was a completely different experience from the Krispy Kreme donuts at Kroger! These donuts were fresh, hot, and practically melted in our mouths! The frozen latte was delicious, too. The service was exceptional! Jamie assisted us at the drive-thru and was incredibly patient, sweet, and provided fantastic customer service.

So me and my fiancé came here for the first time today. Let?s just say it was nothing like the Krispy Kreme donuts at Kroger lol?.they were fresh, hot and they melted in our mouth! The frozen latte was delish, and the service was amazing!! Jamie helpedus at the drive thru window and she was very patient, sweet and provided amazing customer service!
