Yesterday at 6:15 AM, I visited the shop and purchased $90 worth of donuts, and there was only one other customer who had already been served. My order included eight boxes, but I wasn't given a bag to carry them. When I inquired about a bag, I was told they were only provided for fundraisers. I struggled to carry the boxes to my car, and the male employee who rang up my order didn’t even offer to hold the door for me. I didn't ask for help or voice any concerns, but I shouldn’t have had to. I bought these donuts for Teacher Appreciation Week, and under different circumstances, I would have requested a full refund upon learning that bags were only for fundraisers. I ordered the #3 combo, which includes a baker's dozen of donuts and a coffee. When I asked for my coffee, the staff member brought it to me but insisted that I needed to pay for it since I was not charged. I explained that the coffee is part of the combo on the menu, but she insisted that it wasn't offered that way. I found the service to be quite disappointing, which is unfortunate because I really enjoy Krispy Kreme. Sadly, I won’t be coming back to this location. To make matters worse, I noticed that she charged me extra for a donut, indicating she didn’t understand what a "baker's dozen" really means.
I visited this Krispy Kreme location about a month ago, right around Halloween, with my boyfriend to try their donuts for the first time. The shop is situated in a lovely little shopping center, making it a perfect spot to grab some treats after doing a bit of shopping. My only complaint is that the selection of donuts was a bit limited; I was hoping to try some of the Halloween-themed options, but they weren't available, possibly because I went later in the day (around 4:30 PM). Despite that, I would definitely return since this is the closest Krispy Kreme to my home.
I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and was quite dissatisfied with the service. The staff was rude and appeared irritated that I had come in to place an order. I felt awkward interrupting their conversation, and I found myself having to repeat my order multiple times. When my husband arrived and witnessed how unfriendly they were towards me, he encouraged me to share this review. It's disappointing that even as a newcomer, I could easily sense the lack of kindness.

I ordered a half dozen glazed donuts, but when they arrived, they were hard and cold. When I reached out to the store, they told me they just send out whatever they have available at the moment. I won't be ordering from them again. If you're looking for fresh, hot donuts, I suggest visiting in person to choose the ones that have just been made.
We were treated to complimentary donuts for National Donut Day, which I truly appreciated. The donuts are amazing, and I make a point to visit even when I'm paying. I would definitely recommend this place, and I personally try to go there whenever I can. Plus, if Charles Barkley enjoys it, you know it's worth checking out!
I placed my order and received it in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the donuts were hard and stale, indicating that they weren’t freshly made. Additionally, the glaze was stuck to the box, suggesting they had been sitting out for some time.
I visited today and found the hot glazed donuts to be quite disappointing. They tasted stale and only had a warm glaze, giving the impression they were at least two days old. On a positive note, the chocolate iced glazed donut was delicious.

These are the most delicious donuts you'll ever try! You can savor them fresh from the shop, but for an even better experience, warm them up in a toaster oven.
The glaze had mostly melted away, making the donuts taste more like regular cake donuts. I wouldn't suggest trying them.
