Pretty disappointed with this Nandos, the guy at the door was very unriendly made us wait for over 40. Mins and there were 6 tables empty, he also did it to another customer the table was sitting empty for 20 mins and they waited while it sat empty. The bathrooms very disgusting with toilet paper all over the floor and it's not been cleaned for a while. The cutlery was dirty too and I had to send my glass back too as it was very grimy on the inside a outside there was hard bits on the glass. Over all the atmosphere was not great and the staff oozed discontent. Not good Nandos, you should know better....
Disappointing visit, never had less than 5 stars for a Nandos and I visit very often over the country. My bottle of beer took 20 minutes to arrive. Food followed 5 minutes later and was only warm like it had been cooked ages ago. No staff to speak to, all behind the counter. I wasn't given a cockerel so no one came to ask if everything was OK. Limited menu as no thighs etc and wasn't made aware until ordering. Left without any further communication with staff from my arrival, very rushed. Shame for this central site as great location and atmosphere
A very, very lively restaurant at any time. Wheelchair accessible, but I didn't find it until my friend told me about it. Does not define the quietest of places when it comes to autism, but the simplicity of the menu and the speed with which the food is served could counteract this balance. Even things like being able to choose your own cutlery and fill your own drinks can help with OCD and the autonomy side of Autism. The menu is always the same and so is the quality of food, so this is also an autism-friendly aspect of the restaurant.
I'm not a big fan of Nandos but due to the evening being late and everywhere else having a closed kitchen we had little choice but to eat here. After asking what was available (given the time) the waitress preceded to tell me she would check. Unbeknownst to us, Nandos chicken is actually cooked earlier in the day and left in a heat draw, then grilled before serving. Safe to say we ordered the vegetarian burgers. Some safe were friendly, others not so much.

I would have given the restaurant four and a half stars but there is no option for that. the restaurant is well appointed on top of the Westgate shopping centre. If you have the chance try for a window seat it will be great. Unfortunately the restaurant was a bit full when we visited so you could only walk by and see the view. Maybe next time for a window seat. The food was the quality as you expect from Nandos so no further review required.
This wasn't my first visit to Nando's, but it was definitely the best one. The service was spot on, and the food was outstanding—fresh and delicious. I ordered a combination of broccoli, fries, rice, and coleslaw to share. It made for a fantastic Saturday lunch. Well done!
I had a wonderful experience with great service and the food was outstanding! After a disappointing visit to Nando's in Didcot, I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic work done by the team in Oxford. The food was just as it should be!
The full plate and dessert were fantastic! Additionally, the lady in the white shirt provided excellent service; she was like a turbocharger—always on point and attentive to every customer.

Would have given 5 stars but the glass we were given had a chip out of the top. I thought it was common knowledge that you throw out damaged drinking glasses.
Terrible restaurant and waiters. They turn down guests pretending they’re full despite having many empty tables. However, the chicken is very nice…
