This is definitely one of the worst fast food places on Dickerson Rd. I placed my order right as the staff was changing shifts, and my food ended up just tossed on the counter. I watched as they went through their entire shift change while my food got cold. Not once did anyone have the common courtesy to hand me my order to at least minimize my wait or prevent my food from getting cold. When I brought this to the manager's attention while requesting a refund, I was met with a dismissive attitude.
It takes forever and a day to order your food at this place and the staff is not friendly at all. I drive to the window and the person making the food had on a wife beater and pajama pants lol… No one is in uniform at all. And 8 know they need some help and we know ppl don't want to work but if you are there to work we as customers need to know if your really an employee. Oh and make sure they melt your cheese lol… I was give hot burgers but FROZEN CHEESE AND SO COLD THEY TASTE LIKE BRICKS
Worst Krystal in 5 states literally. Patties are underdone. You order no in and they just flick them off in front of you. Gave them a second try through door dash. Dasher called said he couldn’t wait more than the hour he waited. His words was literally no one knows what’s on and he wouldn’t want to bring me food from them even if it came it lit the window right then. Worst experience ever
A little slow and Krystals was slopped together, stuff off the burgers in the bottom of the box after a long wait. But hey I tossed them back together and they was good. Plus the drive thru lady was nice. Maybe next time. I understand things can get messed up easy in this industry, but the lady was nice. So I guess it was ok.

The speaker is malfunctioning. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, you'll find a sign instructing you to pull up to the window. Be prepared—it might take your entire lunch break to get your food here.
The experience was truly disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, and I wasn't even able to cancel my mobile order due to the delays. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
Lobby was closed, drive thru was slow, the price for what we ordered was $15.68 and I was charged $19.00 by a very unfriendly person. Won't return to this location
Advertised as 24/7!! I got there at 10:45, employee came out saying “we're closed and she had an attitude!! What?? Ad says 24/7. I'm done!!
