Kumar's - Tisch resevieren

We recently visited Kumar’s with the expectation of a pleasant meal, but left with unsatisfied palate. This is not the first time I've been disappointed here; I've tried other dishes previously, but decided to give the restaurant another chance.We ordered their fitters and tea, a combination I hoped would provide a cozy and comforting experience. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations.The fitters were extremely oily, which made them difficult to enjoy. The texture was swaggy, making the dish unappealing and far from the crispiness one would expect. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were back to serving on banana leaves when I walked in to have their non veg lunch buffet with some family and friends. We came towards the end of the buffet, so the crowd was smaller, but everything on the non veg buffet tasted great and authentic like we would have at home (my family is Tamil). The service could have been a little faster but I left more than satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food the servers were attentive when they came by, explained what the dishes were to our non indian guests, and checked for what else we would like to be brought to the table! Though it's a 40 minute drive for us, still one of our favorite places...

This place has only just the menu with all the authentic south Indian mostly Tamil dishes but in reality the taste is no where closer to the actual dishes .And if you order a usual Tandoori Fish they are giving a Deep fry Fish which might be frozen for years ..(look at the picture in the post and can anyone say it a Tandoori Fish except for Kumar 's chef and their staff ..LoL ..)Not to mention the prizes, they are charging at least $5 to $8 more for any dish compared to the other restaurants in the area...PLEASE DO NOT ENCOURAGE THIS RESTAURANT.

Nice indian food. Enjoyed with family. Special thanks to Ganeshan k for his wonderful service and hospitality . Kumar’s impresses not only with their delectable Indian cuisine but also with their hospitable atmosphere. It’s a place where you can savor flavorful dishes while being treated like a valued guest..So, if you’re seeking a restaurant that combines great food with warm hospitality, Kumar’s is definitely worth a visit. I love this place and what they offer.Kumars boston is one of the few places who are serving Unlimted Buffet even after the pandemic. We went for weekend special buffet.Nice ambience ,the place is very clean and maintained well. Food was amazing and service is awesome.They take care of the customers very well. Note : Pls do make reservations as this place gets really busy on weekends

Very kind and patient wait staff, but the over $50 for a meal that barely feeds 2 is a bit much especially since the curry had hardly any meat in it. We asked for spicy and it was a bit underwhelming. The restaurant has a charm to it, and it was generally a pleasant experience, but for the very high price point I expect a higher standard of food than what I got.

Love this place so far! As soon as you walk in you can small all the wonderful spices. The day I came in Ganeshan greeted me at the door and he was such a nice guy and very patience with me. He helped me with all my questions and made sure I was ordering what I wanted. Can’t wait to come back!

Visited Kumars on Sunday for its Easter Special buffet .Loved the food and service .Tandoori fish is outstanding .Lots of options in desserts. Continue your good work guys .Will visit soon again

Good amount of spice heat! Their side Dosa curry/dipping sauces are flavorful and delicious. Friendly people; The wait time is alittle long..
