I've visited numerous bubble tea shops across the country, including the Kung Fu chain, but this one is easily the worst I've encountered. The boba was disgusting; the texture was off, and it felt more like boba gunk rather than actual boba, making it seem like I was just drinking tapioca liquid. I ordered the brown sugar boba with WOW milk cap and black tea, which is usually my favorite from Kung Fu, but this time it tasted terrible. It gave me a severe stomach ache just 20 minutes after I had drunk half of it, and I felt like I was going to vomit. The customer service was mediocre, and while the ambiance of the place was somewhat nice, that's about the only positive thing I can say.
This very popular beverage stand at Tysons Mall always has a line according to my son who used to work retail in the mall. They offer a wide range of flavored milk tea and fruit tea and Boba drinks, also slush drinks. I had a delicious Pina Colada slush today, non-alcoholic, for $6.35. It's a good size, made to order. There are several workers, all working furiously. A nice treat once in a while, but pretty spendy.
The best bubble tea I've ever had! It was my first time trying it, and I can confidently say it's worth it. I traveled all the way from Canada for this experience. The flavors are authentic, and the use of real fruit makes a big difference. The prices are reasonable, and it’s definitely worth every penny.
Customer service could use some work. Music was blasting which made it impossible to hear the cashier since she was wearing a mask. I'm good with the mask but ask that they lower the volume. Other than that the drinks were decent. Expensive but decent. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The staff seemed indifferent to my order and appeared to be quite distracted. The tea was alright, but the boba was disappointing. It looked more appealing than it actually tasted. I've definitely had better boba at other Kungfu locations.
My order was literally done and finished yet they waiting 10 additional minutes for no reason before giving me my order. Likely because I didn't tip. And no, I will not tip you for doing the job you're supposed to be doing
Stopped at this place in Tysons Corner Center with my daughter and ordered myself a simple coffee-milk-tea which was refreshing. These types of bubble tea stands are for a more younger palates.
