It?s one thing to be slow since I moved here in the end of spring and staff have probably left for the school year. But it?s November and it?s downhill since. 1. Please be careful with this location. They are super messy. My husband and I put in an order online before 9pm, we get there and they said there server was down but our purchase was processed and when my husband asked for his money back, they told us to contact support because they couldn?t do anything. Didn?t think anything of it at the moment, but we ended up having to go to the location in Laurel right after and everything went smoothly there. Well, it?s been about a month now. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would! I won't be returning to this location. After a long day, I just wanted to enjoy some bubble tea to cap off the night. When I walked in, I found a group of guys chatting at the register, completely ignoring me. I waited about five minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence, so I finally interrupted them to ask if I could place my order or if I needed to wait until they finished their conversation. It's really disappointing because I love Kung Fu Tea, but this location was a terrible experience!
I placed an online order and waited for the estimated time given in the app. When I arrived, not only had they not started my order, but they also didn’t even know I had placed it. The person at the register had to get his manager to track it down, only to inform me that they were out of both drinks I had ordered. This is the second time this has happened at a Kung Fu Tea location. I won’t be returning.

Yikes?visited this location and waited 25 minutes for my drink, which I finally gave up on and asked for a refund. The staff had no idea what they were doing, and maybe made 2 drinks in 25 minutes. When I asked for a refund, they didn?t refund my card, and instead tried to give me cash, but they?ran out of cash. Lol. Completely chaotic experience, don?t bother.
Waited 20 minutes for a single drink, that was not what was ordered. At this point, staff informed us that they were out of bubbles and black tea (ingredients to make the drink). Another drink was provided 10 minutes later. This was not unique to my order, everybody who ordered waited at least 15 to 20 minutes as well.
We were ignored for about 10 minutes, and then someone who arrived behind us in line received service right away. There were also three other customers in the store without drinks, and they eventually walked out, likely because they were being overlooked as well.
Tea was too sweet, even though I asked for 50% sugar, and the bubbles were almost hard. Disappointing compared to other locations and other bubble tea places.Food: 2/5

Don’t bother wasting your money. Its dirty and the drinks are tasteless. I basically wasted $40.00 for someone to serve me iced milk.
My favorite bubble tea place in all of college park! The employees are amazing!Food: 5/5
