There is a small shop in the large restaurant section. Located at the end of the road across from the Paddys market. Very crowded and crowded with buyers. there are not many tables. the food is delicious with big portions. served with miso soup and salad. the price is average for food in sydney, for food around aud 10 and above. For drinks starting from AUD 3. Tips: If you want to save money, don't hesitate to ask for Tap Water, they provide it for free and can be refilled.
I really feel bad giving such a low score tonight. The service and the people of Kura were so so nice and also very attentive. Unfortunately the food was subpar. I always find it worrying when you keep hearing a microwave ding in the background. Wasn't great flavour and the menu seemed far too extensive for such a small place. The sushi seemed popular so maybe that is the way to go here!!
I bought chicken cutlet curry rice and ontama udon both to be in half portion but when it arrived the portion are still too big for me. The taste of the curry rice was nice and the udon was soft and easy to chew but i don't really like the broth. I also ordered the sushi but the only problem for me, the shoyu was too salty i can barely taste the sushi. However the service were so nice.

I have been getting my gyutan don crave fixed at kura restaurant since 2010.always serves me great!! Lunch is quite packed sometime so i like to come on odd time. Place is quite small but they have outdoor seatings when weather allow. Be back soon!!!
Great little Japanese restaurant with a small amount of eat in seating. Love the yaki udon noodles and oikonomiyaki. They also provide take away sushi for a quick lunch
Best little Food place in Pyrmont easily! Cheap prices and delicious Japanese ☺️ Looks a bit average from the outside but don't let that fool you!! Great food!!!
